Your satisfaction drives us. If your VICILEMON purchase falls short of expectations, we accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/resealable condition, in our sole discretion within 14 days of receipt with valid proof of purchase.

The Refund

A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective refund requests during shipment or after delivery. Charges for Shipping are non-refundable once the package has been shipped.

If due to our reasons (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., change of mind or ordering the wrong size), consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. We also encourage customers to exchange items, with all standard exchange shipping costs covered by VICI LEMON.
